〔中央社〕國道高速公路局今天表示，下午國道出現返鄉回娘家的車潮，部分路段出現車速較緩慢的情形。高公局提醒民眾，可利用明天凌晨0時至7時全線暫停收費的時段上路，避開車潮。

高公局表示，各國道在下午開始湧現車潮，國道1號中壢至平鎮系統、台中系統至豐原、國道3號大溪至龍潭、沙鹿至龍井等南下路段車速較慢，時速約30至50公里。到晚間6時為止，除了國道1號鄰近台中系統南下路段車速稍慢外，其餘路段交通狀況大致正常。

高公局指出，春節假期國道交通量較一般日高，尤其是車道縮減與都會區路段，較容易發生車多壅塞的現象。高公局呼籲駕駛人往來台中走國道1號、南北長途走國道3號、短途則改走地方道路。

此外，明天是大年初二，預期將有回娘家及出遊的大量車潮，各國道雙向預計都將出現車多情形，尤其是系統交流道附近、車道縮減路段、都會區路段、國道5號及國道6號雙向路段等，提醒民眾注意。

高公局表示，明天凌晨0時到7時，國道全線暫停收費，建議駕駛多利用這個時段上路，既可省時又省錢。今天凌晨0時至7時的全線暫停收費時段的交通量為31萬輛次，是以往例假日每天15萬輛次的2.06倍。

〔中央社〕農曆大年初一的今天，金門和廈門晚上隔海同步施放五彩高空煙火，兩岸人民共同迎接「牛轉乾坤」的新年到來。

金門施放煙火迎新春是由廈門市台商投資企業協會贊助經費舉辦，晚上8時在小金門上林將軍廟出海口舉行，縣長李炷烽、烈嶼鄉長林金量及民眾參加，共同期盼兩岸遠離戰爭、追求和平。

小金門施放煙火同時，相距約5000公尺的對岸廈門市，則是在黃厝一帶施放新春煙火，半個小時的時間，五彩繽紛的煙火照亮金廈海域上空，實施小三通的金廈門人民隔海歡慶新春到來。
