Un delincuente identificado como Jesús Fernando Toledo Riquelme, que intentó huir de los vecinos del sector de calle Carlos Antúnez -que lo acusan de intento de robo- y del accionar de Carabineros, fue rescatado y detenido desde el medio del río Mapocho, en la comuna de Providencia.
