I am in market research, collecting opinions as if people would be interested in renting a family villa for summer vacation in a Greek island.

The 3 level and 80 sq.m. villa is overlooking the ocean, has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one kitchen, one big living room, a fireplace and a private swimming pool in a 300 sq.m. garden. It is being build as we speak (construction will be compleet in winter 2008-09), along with 17 other villas in the same complex, all isolated from each other with big trees around them. Once compleet, the villa will have satelite tv, fax machine and internet connection. The price is being estimated from 6000 € - 8000 € per week and the owners will also provide daily maid service.
