4. Profits Tax Return ~ Your client should submit the profits tax return to Inland Revenue Department with the statutory audit financial statements and auditor's report. The Inland Revenue Department will determine if your client is running on shore or off shore business. If there is offshore business, your client may not subject to profits tax. However your client should submit the full supporting documents to prove that she is running offshore business.
